PROPEL represents a new model of postbaccalaureate programming. We leverage institutional wealth to support communities of postbaccalaureate scholars, through career development and paid research opportunities, toward matriculation to graduate school. We hope to build a national network of PROPEL programs, uplifting scholars, sharing resources and supporting one another in our common passion for the sciences.
